Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using InTour, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

InTour provides AI-assisted facial mapping reference tools and consultation reference guides for licensed aesthetic clinics. The service is a professional reference tool and must only be used by qualified healthcare practitioners. AI-generated reference data is advisory only and does not constitute medical advice.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older and a licensed medical or aesthetic practitioner.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Each subscription covers one clinic. Team members may be added within the plan limits.

4. Client Data Responsibility

As a clinic, you are the data controller for all client data you enter into InTour. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate client consent before uploading photos or recording clinical information. InTour acts as a data processor on your behalf.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the AI models.
• Share login credentials between multiple clinics.
• Upload data that you do not have the right to process.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Free plan usage is limited to 3 clients and 3 analyses.

7. Nature of the Platform — No Medical Advice

InTour provides visual documentation, anatomical reference data, and practice management tools for use by licensed aesthetic practitioners. The Platform does not provide medical advice, clinical assessment, or consultation references that substitute for practitioner judgement. All clinical decisions, including dosage selection, product choice, and procedural execution, are made solely by the licensed practitioner. The Clinic and its practitioners bear full clinical and legal responsibility for all treatment decisions made during or after use of the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

InTour is provided "as is". We are not liable for clinical decisions made using the service. AI-assisted reference data must be reviewed by a qualified practitioner before any clinical use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
